Program Administrator, Promise Monroe
Promise is a Master’s student at Alliant International
University in San Diego, working on a degree in International
Relations. Promise is a volunteer for San Diego’s
International Rescue Committee and devotes her spare time to refugee
resettlement both here in San Diego and abroad.
Associate Administrator, Carmen Chapa
Carmen has been a volunteer at the SDWAC since July 2011. Chapa has a Master of Arts in International Relations from Alliant International University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from San Diego State University. She has been working at Wells Fargo Bank since May 2008. While recently graduating in May 2011, she now plans to practice her acquired academic kills in t he field of non-governmental organizations.
